But, What About the Name?

Right, we get it. You’re probably wondering about the name. It stems from the jargon when referring to a group of people as cats rather than people as in “Those cats over there”. It’s a type of lingo that is frequently used in some parts of the UK and has its origins from the saying “a Jazzy cat”, which is an old school slang for a hip person into swinging jazz music.

As we work with people who are often talked about in the music industry - et voilà; Those cats. Not to mention we also like cats. So, we decided that Those Cats was a good way to bundle it all into the one name. Neat, right?
